At Norlo Design, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Orders are sent from Denver, Colorado and are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer standard shipping rates based on your location, with expedited shipping options available at checkout for faster delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at info@norlodesign.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at info@norlodesign.com to get a replacement order started. Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
